   * actually make init.d script work
   * actually run a deamon and use syslog
   * major simplification of thread control.  much nicer
     shutdown code.
   * fixed major bug in mad decoding where audio would be skipped
     when to buffer refilled.
   * move to autoconf2.5/automake1.5
   * use libid3tag for tag reading
   * new bootstrap (replaces autogen.sh)
   * use ./config for autoconf files.  This keeps root cleaner.
   * added pyjuke: juked client written in python.
   * removed ChangeLog and NEWS (they were only there to make automake
     happy anyway.
   * added debian/conffiles and debian/docs
   * implement correct handling of SIGHUP
     All subsystems are shutdown and restarted.  This showed up a
     of malloc/free bugs which have been fixed.
     You can now change your settings in the config file and send
     SIGHUP.  Try changing from mpglib to mad and back on the fly :)
   * updated standards version
